  • Refunds may be issued if our technician is unable to complete the requested service due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • No refund will be issued for emergency service call-out fees once the technician has arrived at your location.

Products and Parts

  • Defective products or parts installed by our technicians will be replaced at no additional cost within [time period, e.g., 30 days].
