Service Requests and Appointments

  • We strive to respond to emergency calls as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to varying circumstances.

  • Identification and proof of ownership or authorized access may be required before service is performed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot verify proper authorization or suspect illegal activity.

Pricing and Payment

  • Service fees are based on service type, complexity, time of day, and materials required.

  • A service call fee may apply, which may be waived if additional services are performed.

  • Additional charges may apply for emergency, after-hours, weekend, or holiday services.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, Check, and Cash.

  • Estimates provided before work begins are approximations and may change based on unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer acknowledges that locksmith services by their nature may sometimes require forceful entry methods that could potentially cause damage to doors, frames, locks, or surrounding property.

  • For minor cosmetic damage that may occur during standard service provision (such as small scratches or minor paint damage), we will not be held liable.

  • However, if significant damage occurs due to technician negligence or improper technique, Harbor Locksmith Express, LLC insurance policy will cover reasonable repair costs up to [specific amount or policy limit].

  • Any claim for significant property damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion, and documented with photographs.

  • In case of dispute, an independent assessment may be required to determine the cause and extent of damage.
